I want to teach people as much as possible about olive oil

Aldo has a diploma as a panelleader and is a panelleader/judge in several international olive oil competitions. He is a consultant in quality, blending and marketing for several companies in the olive oil business. As a professional olive oil taster he teaches about olive oil all around the world.

He is also the organizer and lecturer at the Course for Olive Millers and Olive Mill technicians and the founder/director of the famous Masters of Olive Oil International Contest (MOOIC) in San Remo.
